Yes I’m saying it! be enough selfish to take care of Yourself and your family first! Hell to the fake social status and hell to the fake friends ( They are the actual reason of stress in Your life ) coping with anxiety.

  • What is Anxiety? Why are we facing such problems?

—> it has affected the maximum people around the world!

Whenever a famous celebrity opens up about it people go gaga over them! But what when they don’t even look into their own life!…What kind of life are we guys living!

Nearly an incident happened in India – > The death of Sushant singh Rajpoot… The whole country is in shock! Yes even many are saying that he was under depression that’s why he committed suicide!

Meanwhile many are saying (teasing) that people with weak minds have Depression! Anyone can easily cope up with depression! Depression is not a disorder! Yes, the backward people are speaking such nonsense! This is society’s point of view on Depression /anxiety /stress. coping with anxiety.

Anxiety is a kind of fear from something ! You just can’t ignore it. Un some people the matter is so damn serious that they start getting panick attack! And the irony is that they don’t even know what are they going through! This makes the world a more sick place! coping with anxiety.

People in our country think psychology is not for normal people! Because in our society if you’re 24/7 sad, depressed, anxious you’re seen Normal but if you consult a psychologist about it!!! even your parents will ask you are you normal? Why it is seen in such a way! Normal people can have all of this like fever and cold! It should be seen in a positive way! The person should be supported if he/she is opening about things like that !!! Or else you know what happened in recent few days (SSR)


  • once Selena Gomez had panick attack behind the stage before performing ‘ lose you to love me ‘ she was asked whether she’d go to hospital but sgee denied she wanted to win over it of her own! You can see her Grammy’s performance it’s easily visible how bad her condition was! coping with anxiety.

    Many people ignore it because consulting a psychologist has a different empact on your life! Also in the younger generation when it’s the time to fly like a free bird! To Burn all the worries to cherish every moment but what are they actually doing? Competition.

  • Yes! This is the reason for Hatred and jealousy. All this leads to stress /anxiety/depression!
  • Yes, sometimes wrong things do happen but to maintain them and to turn them into a good opportunity and must wait and act calmly!
  • -> Hatred is not the solution

  • Hazal Kaya once said ” Adele had anxiety she opened about it and thr Media posted it as Adele’s disease! Really! Adele’s? Everyone is suffering from it! Everyone! “

So this was my view on Anxiety in our society! Next time I’ll be coming up with the topic “how to cope up with anxiety ” kindly wait for it!
